As a former Athlete, Coach, Trainer, and Educator
I’m passionate about helping the world became a better place. Charles has a background as a Mental Health Specialist, Director in Special Education, Intervention Trainer, and B.S. in Psychology.
From Los Angeles to Sonoma County, then to the Bay Area I have been proud to be a part of shaping those communities. Now living in Placer County-Sac County im looking to bring change here!
Mental & Physical Health, Empowerment, and Development for Youths ,Adults, and Organizations is what Westfit is all about.

Our staff is passionate about helping youth to become the healthiest they can be, and to enable them to achieve their goals. All of our trainers have extensive schooling, are certified and insured, and are all either former athletes or coaches.
